I just read a super interesting article in the New York Times. It seems as if any day now we may have ways to tell (other than just suspecting that all celebs really do in fact have dark circles under their eyes) if a picture has been photoshopped. And in some countries it appears that they may require companies to disclose the level to which a photo has been altered! Check out the New York Times article to find out more! I think this would be a huge step in the right direction! Talk about unrealistic expectations! Not only do celebs have all day to primp and pamper but they have the ultimate workout and anti-aging tool–PHOTOSHOP!
I wish I was better at Yoga than I am. (Note, I wish I did not crack up like a 4 year old when they chant). This video is awesome!
Y'all know that Christmas is my fave time of the year! So now on my walk to work I listen to the Christmas station on Pandora and look at all the beautiful windows and decorations!!! Enjoy walking to work with me!

I know this is a bit off-topic from what I usually write about, but I wanted to let you know about an amazing new iPhone app that could potentially save your life or the life of someone you know. Plus–it's free! What have you got to lose?
There seems to be an app for everything—no matter how trivial—and while they may prove entertaining and helpful, physician Dr. Bruce W. Moskowitz, M.D., P.L., has developed a truly beneficial and potentially life-saving iPhone application: Emergency Medical Center Locator (EMCL).
Not only does the EMCL app direct you to the closest medical center in an emergency, but the closest medical center best qualified to take care of your specific emergency—ANYWHERE in the world. The app offers recommendations in six specialty areas that tend to require immediate care—Trauma, Stroke, Eye, Pediatric, Cardiac and Burn—directing users to the medical center with the most advanced facilities and best patient outcomes in the given specialty.

So lately I've been totally loving Ted Baker. I mean seriously every dress! Kourtney Kardashian and Stephanie Pratt decided the Zuni Pintuck skirt by Ted Baker with some sky high python pumps were the perfect choices for a night on the town. Mama Kourtney chose the skirt for a date night with Scott (NYC, August 31), while Miss Pratt felt it was the best look for a night out of fashion and fun while browsing the racks of the Ted Baker store (Los Angeles, November 17). Who do you think wore it better?
Hit up the Equipment, Joie, and Current/Elliott Sample Sale. Starts December 6th-9th. Enjoy!
