It’s a hot dog place…but don’t get scared.

You can get beef, turkey, salmon, or veggie hotdogs with your choice of FOUR toppings out of like a million choices. 

They also have other things like salads, paninis, etc.

You can get a huge, delicious lunch for like $5!!!

I get the veggie hotdog with avocado, tomato, salsa and onion.  It’s to die for.

Let me be frank, FRANKTITUDE is my new fave lunch spot in downtown Miami!!!

It’s at 21 NW Miami Ct.  It’s right next to the courthouse on Flagler.  You can’t miss it.

I went kayaking with my boyfriend and two friends last weekend and it was SO. FREAKING. FUN.

(All of you freezing up North, try not to hate me too much)

We rented kayaks at this little place on Key Biscayne…literally just on the side of the road, they rent tons of watersports equipment everyday.  You’ll see it.  It’s on the right hand side right before huuuuuuuuuge bridge.

It was a measly $20/hour…and a HUGE 2000 kazillion calories burnt/hour. 

OK, so I know that’s not exactly free…but it is a super fun, healthy activity to do in Miami…get off your tush, grab a paddle and go. 

Most people in Miami define a fun afternoon as doing something illegal.

Do something healthy AND legal!!!!

You light up my life…

FEELING LIKE A CHUNK MUFFIN? GET RID OF YOUR MUFFIN TOP IN 1 MINUTE!

Okay, seriously. We didn’t really believe this ad until we tried it for ourselves. Now, truth be told we’re probably not the ideal candidate the Yummie Tummie company had in mind (I’m prob a little more on the lanky side) but I mean, come on every girl has some extra Yummy Tummy she’d like to hide! Hipundies offers comfy alternatives to the gym when you’re in a pinch! Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day to see your friends, hit up happy hour with co-workers and go to the gym to look like Gisele! 

Being a bloggie I get to test out some fab products before they’re the word gets out. It’s actually pretty fun! Anyway, when I saw this product I thought hmm, how do I give this to someone to try out that perhaps would ‘enjoy’ it more than me. Then I thought…hmm I might get punched. “Hey thought you might want this girdle-like tank top.” I don’t think so. So the light bulb went off after having a huge pig out feast with my sissy. I could barely stand up after indulging in popcorn, pringles, pasta and a calzone and I felt like my stomach was going to explode! What better time to try on the Yummie Tummie? 

 I fully thought I wasn’t going to be able to tell a difference but I swear it really does support your gut! I could totally tell the difference! Not only that, but it was actually comfortable. It’s also lightweight and fantastic! It just helps with that bulge that even if you hit the gym up hard is hard to get rid of.
